What To Expect
Your experience begins with private pickup from your hotel, where your specialist guide will greet you and take you to Colmenar de Oreja, a small yet remarkable village in the Madrid region.
Upon arrival, you’ll visit a local wine cellar with your guide—who is also a wine expert—to learn the hidden secrets of wine production. In an intimate tasting session, you’ll sample premium wines paired with Iberian ham, cheese, and croutons.
The journey continues to Chinchón, a picturesque town known for its circular main square and rich cultural heritage. You’ll enjoy a guided walk through its historic quarter, followed by a visit to a second traditional winery. Here, descend into the heart of the cellar and take in the aromas of aging barrels while learning the final steps of the winemaking process.
A stop for olive oil tasting and free time for lunch in Chinchón rounds out this immersive journey into Spain’s culinary traditions.
